The Burger Shop will be a concept derived on Local Ohio Grass fed beef. The meat used will be a 70/30 blend of Ribeye and Brisket. All products will be derived from Ohio Farmers and Vendors. The initiative to sustain Ohio Farmers and Local Vendors will be the main focus of product development. Premium cuts are preferred for the demographic of Ohio City. Data indicates that locals within the region are keen on supporting local farmers and establishments that are full circle in regards to Ohio Economics. The Burger Shop looks to fill the Niche of Local support systems while simultaneously fulfilling the purposeful culinary standards.
